摘　　要：在细分危机生命周期基础上,采用CiteSpace V文献可视化分析软件,从危机管理的视角,探究各类旅游突发事件在不同危机生命周期阶段的理论脉络、研究热点及框架演化。研究结果发现:(1)研究者合作网络以地区划分,根据本地的实情形成各自的研究方向和特色;(2)从事件类型来看,突发事件的类别效应显著,即有关金融危机等社会性危机事件的发文量高、热度强,公共卫生事件和事故灾难类事件爆发频率低、关注度不足;(3)危机生命周期五阶段中,早期的研究多基于旅游企业的视角,关注危机消退阶段中各类危机事件对旅游业造成的经济损失和影响,而近期的研究开始提倡对于应对能力的构建,如危机酝酿期的旅游脆弱性弱化、韧性和适应力构建研究,危机恢复学习期的研究逐步得到重视;(4)各类定量与定性分析方法均在危机研究中得到了较好的运用,危机中和危机后的研究方法相对更为丰富。通过对突发事件下旅游相关文献的分析,本文提出前瞻性和系统性的旅游突发事件管理研究具有重要意义。The prosperity of tourism can often bring huge benefits to tourism destinations. However, as a "secondary industry", tourism has a high sensitivity to external events, and is very vulnerable to the impact of emergencies. In order to help tourism industry to prepare for, resist and recover from the emergencies, some scholars at home and abroad have already done some researches on tourism emergencies. Previous literature reviews mainly analyzed the current situation of tourism emergency research from the perspective of emergency attributes and the application of crisis theory, but have not focused on the research content of tourism emergency research from the perspective of crisis life cycle. Therefore, this study aims to provide a more comprehensive and systematic analysis of tourism emergency literature and reveal some research gaps worth in-depth investigation. Segmenting the crisis life cycle into five stages, this paper adopts CiteSpaceV information visualization analysis software to explore the theoretical contexts, research hot topics and framework evolution of tourism emergency researches in different stages of crisis life cycle. The result shows that: 1) The category effect of emergencies is significant and not all kinds of emergencies have got enough attention from researchers. A great number of researches focus on the social events such as financial crisis, and natural disaster events such as earthquake and hurricane, which occur frequently. However, the relevant researches on public health emergencies and accident disasters are much fewer due to a lower outbreak frequency;2) In terms of crisis stages, most researches are based on the perspective of tourism enterprises and focus on the economic loss and impacts of various crisis events in crisis recession stage, while researches of other stages are limited;3) In terms of research methods, all kinds of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods have been well used in crisis related research.
