摘　　要：本文主要利用苹果树枝及树叶制造纸斗~([1]),其特征在于该方法包括以下几个步骤:将苹果树枝及树叶粉碎并进行汽蒸;将汽蒸后的碎片挤压后进行化学处理;将处理好的材料磨浆得到未漂白的原浆~([2])。将原浆倒入模具进行塑性、压实、脱水。本发明的方法主要特点是利用苹果树枝和树叶进行制造纸斗,用此方法解决苹果枝条修剪过程中废弃枝条的浪费问题,利用苹果枝条制备纸浆~([3]),特点是保留了苹果枝条的清香,并且改进纸斗制备工艺,帮助胶东纸斗文化传承。This paper mainly uses apple branches and leaves to make paper bucket[1],which is characterized by the following steps:crushing and steaming apple branches and leaves,extruding the steamed fragments and then carrying out chemical treatment;grinding the treated materials to obtain unbleached virgin pulp[2].We pour the original pulp into the mold for plasticity,compaction and dehydration.The main feature of this method is to use apple branches and leaves to make paper bucket,which solves the waste problem of discarded branches in the pruning process of apple branches,and uses apple branches to prepare paper pulp,which is characterized by retaining the fragrance of apple branches,improving the preparation process of paper bucket and helping the inheritance of paper bucket culture in Jiaodong.
