摘 要:由于人类行为的不节制,造成了目前世界共享资源紧缺,环境污染问题越来越严重,世界上的各个国家开始关注可再生的清洁材料,尤其是生物柴油,如何研究出来简单、有效并且低成本的固体碱催化剂是目前各国关注的重点。本文主要研究三种不同的固体碱,利用大豆油催化去合成生物柴油,与此同时,还可以通过脂肪酸甲酯和乙二醇单甲醚之间的反应合成新型的生物柴油。分别通过研磨配置ZnO/Ca(OH)_2/KF催化剂;使用研磨法配置纳米级的NaSiO_3/CaO/KF催化剂;通过使用浸渍法配置KF/MMT催化剂,并用蒙拓土作为载体,主要用作催化大豆的油酯交换去制作生物柴油。Due to the uncontrolled human behavior,the world's shared resources are in short supply,and the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Countries in the world begin to pay attention to renewable clean materials,especially biodiesel How to develop simple,effective and low-cost solid base catalyst is the focus of attention of all countries.In this paper,three kinds of solid bases were used to catalyze the synthesis of biodiesel.At the same time,the reaction between fatty acid methyl ester and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether can also be used to synthesize new biodiesel.ZnO/Ca(OH)2/K F catalyst was prepared by grinding;nanoscale NaSiO3/CaO/K F catalyst was prepared by grinding method;KF/MMT catalyst was prepared by impregnation method,and montmorillonite was used as support to catalyze the transesterification of soybean oil to produce biodiesel.
