摘 要:迄今为止,随着国内半导体技术的不断发展,在催化剂可见光方面的研究已经取得了一些成就,为太阳能源的充分利用提供了必要的技术支持,因此该课题的研究在行业领域颇具影响力,研究者诸多。本文通过对于p-n复合半导体光催化剂的光催化原理以及研究现状展开分析,从P型材料的几种类型出发,把p-n复合半导体光催化剂分为几个种类,并且解释其原理,提出p-n复合半导体光催化剂研究领域存在的诸多问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了总结和讨论,以期对该领域的研究做出一些理论贡献,推动该技术的长足发展历程。Up to now,with the continuous development of semiconductor technology in China,some achievements have been made in the research on visible light of catalysts,which provides necessary technical support for the full utilization of solar energy.Therefore,the research on this subject has considerable influence in the field of industry,and there are many researchers.In this paper,the photocatalytic principle and research status of p-n composite semiconductor photocatalysts are analyzed.Based on several types of P type materials,p-n composite semiconductor photocatalysts are divided into several categories,and their principles are explained.Many problems in the research field of p-n composite semiconductor photocatalysts are put forward,and the future research directions are summarized and discussed,in order to make some theoretical contributions to the research in this field and promote the long-term development of this technology.
