摘　　要：高效液相色谱法是一种现代分离分析方法,应用这种方法时,需要选择合适的分析条件。本文详细阐述了色谱柱规格、固定相种类、流动相的种类、流速的控制、检测器类型等条件的选择,并分析了高效液相色谱法在检验领域的应用与发展。High-performance liquid chromatography is a modern separation and analysis method.When applying this method,it is necessary to select appropriate analysis conditions.This paper describes the selection of chromatographic column specifications,stationary phase types,mobile phase types,flow rate control,detector types and other conditions in detail,and analyzes the application and development of high-performance liquid chromatography in inspection field.
