从行政法角度浅谈粮食生产

摘　　要：随着我国全面建设小康社会部署行动的如火如荼及经济文化的快速发展,我国的城镇化、工业化的步伐也在加快。耕地的废弃、土地质量下降、农村劳动力的流失以及老龄化严重等因素使我国粮食生产遭到了严峻的考验,而粮食生产成本过高及利润偏低使得农民缺乏粮食种植的积极性也是我国粮食生产的主要阻碍之一。本文将从粮食生产的现状分析,再结合我国政府关于粮食生产的部分行政行为进行浅要探讨。With the deployment of my country's comprehensive construction of a well-off society in full swing and rapid economic and cultural development,the pace of urbanization and industrialization in my country is also accelerating.Declining land quality,the loss of rural labor force,serious aging,and the abandonment of arable land have put my country's food production under severe tests.The high cost of food production and low profits have made farmers lack the enthusiasm for food planting.One of the main obstacles.This article will analyze the current situation of grain production and discuss some administrative actions of the Chinese government on grain production.
