摘　　要：臭氧层位处大气圈平流层上方,其犹如天然屏障,有效规避有害紫外线对人体的辐射,对人类生存与生活的地球环境发挥着不可替代的保护作用,若臭氧层消失,地球生命将不复存在,本文针对提高臭氧层保护履约能力展开研究。The ozone layer is located above the stratosphere of the atmosphere.It is like a natural barrier,effectively avoiding harmful ultraviolet radiation to human body,and playing an irreplaceable protective role in the earth's environment for human survival and life.If the ozone layer disappears,Earth life will no longer exist.
