摘  要:制备了一种复合式防腐路缘石,其内部为C40混凝土,外包裹层分别为环氧砂浆与自乳化砂浆,并建立了相应复合结构的数值模拟模型,研究了外包裹层对复合式路缘石强度和耐久性的影响,并模拟了内外层结构线膨胀系数对体系应力的影响。结果表明:与环氧砂浆相比,自乳化砂浆的抗压、抗折强度值较低,且在经受盐冻破坏后,其抗压、抗折强度下降幅度较大;环氧砂浆复合式路缘石在降温荷载作用下,除约束处外,路缘石截面突变处达到最大拉应力9.41 MPa,易开裂;自乳化砂浆复合式路缘石在降温荷载作用下的拉应力为2.99 MPa,未开裂;基于研究结果,提出了复合式路缘石结构尺寸的优化设计方案。Anti-corrosive composite curbs were prepared by using C40 concrete as interior structure,epoxy mortar and waterborne epoxy mortar as exterior coating individually,the finite element models were established to study the effects of the exterior coating on the strength and durability of the curbs.The results show that compared with with epoxy resin mortar,the compressive and flexural strength of self-emulsified mortar are lower,and the compressive and flexural strength decrease greatly after salt freezing.Under the cooling loads,the maximum tensile stress of epoxy mortar line composite curbs is 9.41 MPa at the abrupt change of curbs section,except for the constraint,which is easy to crack.The tensile stress of self emulsifying mortar line composite curbs under the cooling load is 2.99 MPa,which is not cracked.Based on the research results,the optimization suggestions for the structure of composite curbs are put forward.
