基于网络平台的线上教学设计及应用——以前厅与客房管理课程为例

摘　　要：为应对信息时代传统教育方式面临的巨大挑战,各高校开始利用信息技术,变革高校教育方式,以适应时代发展需要。结合旅游管理专业核心课程——前厅与客房管理,探索基于网络平台的线上教学模式,设计了超星学习通+钉钉直播的线上教学模式,并将其运用于实践教学中,提高了教学效果,取得了学生的一致认可,值得进一步推广。In order to cope with great challenges of traditional education in information era,colleges and universities start to use information technology,and reform education methods,in order to adapt to the development demand of the era.Through combining with Front Office and Guest Room Management,as the core course of Tourism Management Major,the research explores the online teaching model based on network platform,designs the online teaching mode of Super Star learning pass+Nail live broadcast,and applies it to practical teaching,to improve teaching effect.This gains the unanimous approval of the students.So it is worth further promotion.
