双唑草腈防除直播稻田杂草效果及其对水稻安全性研究

摘　　要：采用田间试验方法开展双唑草腈防除直播稻田杂草效果及其对水稻安全性研究。结果表明:直播水稻2—3叶期使用2%双唑草腈GR 150—210 g a.i.∕hm^(2)直接撒施,对直播稻田杂草稗、千金子、异型莎草、鸭舌草、多花水苋均有优异防除效果,株数防效和鲜重防效分别为87.70%—92.94%和89.27%—96.36%、90.71%—98.23%和92.80%—96.38%、92.05%—100%和92.96%—100%、90.77%—100%和90.00%—100%、81.45%—93.01%和83.50%—93.90%;但对丁香蓼防效一般,株数防效和鲜重防效为69.30%—81.14%和66.52%—81.10%。各供试剂量对直播水稻的茎蘖数、株高、植株鲜重和根系鲜重等生育指标均无不良影响。推荐剂量为180—210 g a.i.∕hm^(2),施药时田间保持2—3 cm浅水层并保水4 d以上。Field experiment was conducted to detect the weed control effect and rice safety evaluation of pyraclonil in direct seeding rice fields.The results showed that 2%pyraclonil GR 150—210 g a.i.∕hm^(2)were used at the 2—3 leaf stage of seedling,the control effect on weeds such as Echinochloa crusgalli,Leptochloa chinensis,Cyperus difformis,Monochoria vaginalis and Ammannia multiflorain was excellent.The plants number and fresh weight control effects of these weeds were 87.70%—92.94%and 89.27%—96.36%,90.71%—98.23%and 92.80%—96.38%,92.05%—100%and 92.96%—100%,90.77%—100%and 90.00%—100%,81.45%—93.01%and 83.50%—93.90%respectively.However,the control effect on Ludwigia prostrata of this method was not effective,the plants number and fresh weight control effect was 69.30%—81.14%and 66.52%—81.10%respectively.The 2%pyraclonil GR 150—210 g a.i.∕hm^(2)had no adverse effect on tiller number,plant height,plant and root fresh weight of seedling.It is recommended to use pyraclonil at a dose of 180—210 g a.i.∕hm^(2),maintaining a shallow layer of 2—3 cm in the field and retaining water for more than 4 days.
