摘  要:云南电网与南方主网异步联网后,由于水电机组较多且电网惯性减小,发生数次电网频率振荡现象,调度员无法通过人工观察分析迅速定位相关联的振荡机组。为解决上述问题,提出首先使用Prony算法分析频率波形各振荡分量的频率、幅度、衰减因子,判断频率是否发生振荡;然后计算有功出力波形的标准差以及其与电网频率波形的皮尔森系数,以标准差与皮尔森系数之积作为综合相关系数,根据综合相关系数大小确定有功出力是否助增或抑制频率振荡以及影响频率振荡能力的大小;计算数据源采用调度主站系统的秒级数据,以减小数据分析计算量,提高计算速度。最后,选取实际的频率振荡案例数据进行分析,结果表明所提方法可以准确识别频率振荡的各项特性,直观显示有功出力波形与频率波形的相关性,快速定位振荡机组。After asynchronously interconnecting with the main grid of southern power grid,frequency oscillation of Yunnan power grid has occurred several times due to high percent of hydropower units and reduction of power grid inertia,which causes failure in quick locating the associated oscillating units by manual observation and analysis.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes to use Prony algorithm to analyze the frequency,amplitude and attenuation factor of each oscillation component of the frequency waveform,so as to determine whether the frequency is oscillating.Then,it calculates standard deviation of unit output waveforms and Pearson coefficient between the waveforms of the associated unit and the power grid frequency waveform,and takes the product of standard deviation and Pearson coefficient as the comprehensive correlation coefficient which is used to determine whether increasing frequency oscillation or suppressing frequency oscillation,as well as the influence capacity of frequency oscillation.The paper uses second series data of the main dispatching system as calculation data source to reduce the amount of data analysis and calculation as well as improve calculation speed.Finally,it selects the case data of actual oscillations for analysis,and the results show the proposed method could accurately identify the characteristics of frequency oscillation,directly display the correlation between between the active power waveform and the frequency waveform,and quickly locate associated oscillating units.
