摘  要:针对某电网公司电能质量分析时存在巨大数据缺口的问题,以含有电能质量数据的电力生产系统为基础,使用数据整合技术获取覆盖全网的电能质量数据。首先,给出基于多系统构建电能质量数据中心的技术框架和实现方案;进一步分析各系统台账数据和生产数据关系,确定以台账名称实现多系统台账数据整合路线;然后,通过Bhattacharyya距离计算单汉字全拼相似度来解决现有音型法可靠性低的问题,并结合动态时间规整(dynamic time warping,DTW)算法解决系统间台账名称因长度不等难以整合的问题;最后,选取某供电局调度自动化系统、电压监测系统、电能质量监测系统及地理信息系统台账数据开展整合试验,验证了所提方法的可行性。In view of the huge data gap in power quality analysis of a power grid company,this paper uses data integration technology to obtain power quality data covering the entire grid based on a power production system containing power quality data.Firstly,it provides the technical framework and implementation plan for constructing a power quality data center based on multiple systems.Furthermore,it analyzes the relationship between the ledger data and production data of each system,and determines the way to realize the integration of multi-system ledger data according to the name of the ledger.Then,it uses the Bhattacharyya distance to calculate the similarity of single Chinese characters to solve the problem of low reliability of the existing phonetic method,and combines the dynamic time warping(DTW)algorithm to solve the problem of difficult integration of ledger names between systems due to different lengths.Finally,by selecting ledger data of the dispatch automation system,the voltage monitoring system,the power quality monitoring system and the GIS system of a certain power supply bureau,it conducts integration tests to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
