摘  要:限幅放大器作为光接收机系统中最重要的一部分,它影响着整个系统的性能,因此本身需满足高增益、足够的带宽等各种严格的要求。基于这些要求,设计了一种基于0.18um CMOS工艺传输速率为10Gb/s的限幅放大器。该限幅放大器主要是由主放大单元、直流偏移抵消单元和输出缓冲单元三部分组成,其中主放大单元最为关键。主放大单元在三阶有源反馈级联电路中引入了级间反馈,既提供了足够的增益和带宽,又解决了幅频响应中的过冲问题。仿真结果表明:在3v电源电压下,该电路的功耗是1.5W,增益是41.8dB,-3dB带宽是21.8GHz。As the most important part of the optical receiver system, limiter amplifiers affect the performance of the whole system, so they have to meet various strict requirements such as high gain and sufficient bandwidth. Based on these requirements,a limiter amplifier with transmission rate of 10 Gb/s based on 0.18 um CMOS process is designed.The limiter amplifier is mainly composed of the main amplifier unit, the DC offset offset unit and the output buffer unit, among which the main amplifier unit is the most critical.The main amplifier unit introduces the interstage feedback in the third-order active feedback cascade circuit,which not only provides sufficient gain and bandwidth, but also solves the overshot problem in amplitude-frequencyresponse.The simulation results show that under the voltage of 3 v power supply, the power consumption of this circuit is 1.5 W, the gain is 41.8 dB, and the bandwidth of-3 dB is 21.8 GHz.
