摘　　要：随着经济的蓬勃发展,大众创业万众创新的倡导,随着“互联网+”经济模式的日趋成熟,大量的女性创业企业出现并获得良好的发展,但是企业依旧面临转型升级的问题。本文通过阐述企业面临的风险以及战略风险免疫的概念,对战略风险免疫行为构成维度进行分析,最后通过女性特质对于构成维度的影响说明女性企业家在企业转型升级过程中能够做到临危不乱,利用女性的特质更好地指导企业完成转型升级。With the booming economy,the advocacy of mass entrepreneurship,and the maturity of the“Internet+”economic model,a large number of female entrepreneurial companies have emerged and achieved good development.However the companies are still facing the problem of transformation and upgrading.This article explains the risks faced by enterprises and the concept of strategic risk immunity to deeply analyze the component dimensions of strategic risk immunity behavior.Finally,through the influence of female characteristics on the component dimensions,it is shown that female entrepreneurs can be in danger during the process of corporate transformation and upgrading.And using women’s characteristics could guide enterprises to well complete transformation and upgrading.
