摘　　要：随着高校扁平化管理、权利重心分散、管理中心下移等管理体制改革,基层单位在人、财、物决策上主动性更强,这对新时代高校基层纪检组织工作提出了新的更高的挑战和要求。当前,高校基层纪检组织在作用发挥与履职过程中还存在一些问题亟待解决,需要积极探索提升基层纪检组织作用发挥和履职能力的有效路径,进一步营造风清气正的校园政治生态。With the reform of the management system such as flat management of colleges and universities,the decentralization of power,and the downward shift of management centers,grassroots units have become more proactive in decision-making on people,finances,and materials.This puts forward new and higher challenges and requests to the work of grassroots discipline inspection organizations in colleges and universities in the new era.At present,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently in the role and performance of primary discipline inspection organizations in colleges and universities.It is necessary to actively explore effective ways to improve the role and performance of primary discipline inspection organizations,and further create a clean campus political ecology.
