双锁定钢板内固定术治疗成人肱骨髁间骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双锁定钢板内固定术治疗成人肱骨髁间骨折的临床效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治成人肱骨髁间骨折患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。观察组行双锁定钢板内固定术治疗;对照组行普通钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术后肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行双锁定钢板内固定术治疗成人肱骨髁间骨折,能够获得理想疗效,并降低术后并发症发生率,有助于促进肘关节功能的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of double locking plate internal fixation on intercondylar fracture of humerus in adults.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,72 cases of adult patients with humeral intercondylar fracture were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with double locking plate internal fixation,while the control group was treated with ordinary plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After operation,the excellent and good rate of elbow function recovery in the observation group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus can obtain ideal curative effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,it also can promote the recovery of elbow function.
