介入治疗糖尿病外周血管病变患者的效果观察及有效率评价

摘　　要：目的:评价介入治疗糖尿病外周血管病变患者的效果及有效率。方法:2019年8月-2020年10月收治糖尿病外周血管病变患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。观察组采用介入治疗;对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予糖尿病外周血管病变患者介入治疗,能提高治疗效果,促进症状改善,降低并发症发生率,并提高生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect and effective rate of interventional therapy in the treatment of patients with peripheral vascular disease of diabetes mellitus.Methods:From August 2019 to October 2020,74 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with interventional therapy.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional therapy for patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease can improve the treatment effect,promote the improvement of symptoms,it also can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
