四维彩超在产科胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探究四维彩超在产科胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年8月作为研究时区,且以该时区内就本院产科行胎儿畸形筛查的570例孕妇作为本次研究对象。所有对象均行二维彩超与四维彩超检测,分娩后对其予以跟踪随访,且将随访足月产及引产调查结果作为金标准,回顾性分析比对本组产妇两种超声检测结果情况。结果:四维彩超的胎儿畸形检出率明显高于二维彩超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四维彩超的灵敏度及特异度均明显高于二维彩超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产科胎儿畸形筛查中应用四维彩超检测,具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To explore the application value of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in screening of fetal malformations in obstetrics.Methods:The period from August 2017 to August 2019 was selected as the study time zone,and 570 pregnant women who were screened for fetal malformations in the obstetrics department of our hospital in this time zone were used as the research objects.All subjects underwent two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound.They were followed up after delivery,and the results of follow-up full-term labor and induction of labor were regarded as the gold standard.The results of the two ultrasound detections in this group were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results:The detection rate of fetal malformations in 4D color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of 2D color Doppler ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of 4D color Doppler ultrasound were significantly higher than that of 2D color Doppler ultrasound,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical value in the screening of fetal malformations in obstetrics.
