优质护理措施在小儿急诊输液中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理措施在小儿急诊输液中的应用价值。方法:2019年11月-2020年3月收治急诊输液患儿110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组给予优质护理措施。比较两组患儿家长对护理质量的满意度和纠纷投诉情况。结果:观察组患儿家长满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护患纠纷投诉率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理措施应用在临床小儿急诊输液护理中,能够提高患儿家长满意度,减少医护人员与患者家长的纠纷。Objective:To explore the application value of high quality nursing measures in emergency infusion of children.Methods:From November 2019 to March 2020,110 cases of children with emergency infusion were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing measures.The satisfaction of parents to nursing quality and dispute complaints between the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complaint rate of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing measures in clinical emergency infusion nursing for children can improve the satisfaction of parents and reduce the disputes between medical staff and parents.
