社会支持程度对肠造口手术患者病耻感、自尊感及希望水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究社会支持程度对肠造口手术患者病耻感、自尊感及希望水平的影响。方法:选取2017年10月-2020年1月实施肠造口手术的患者90例,根据社会支持程度(SSRS量表)分为A组(低支持组)、B组(一般支持组)及C组(高支持组),各30例。比较三组病耻感(SSMI-C量表)、自尊感(SES量表)及希望水平(Herth量表)的评分结果;同时采用Spearman秩相关分析SSMI-C量表、SES量表及Herth量表评分与社会支持程度的关系。结果:C组SSMI-C量表、SES量表及Herth量表评分均显著优于A组及B组,B组上述量表评分则显著优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析显示,SSMI-C量表中态度积极、SES量表及Herth量表评分与社会支持程度呈正相关,而SSMI-C量表中其他维度与社会支持程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:社会支持程度对肠造口手术患者病耻感、自尊感及希望水平的影响较大,且上述方面之间密切相关,因此应重视对肠造口手术患者上述方面的评估与干预。Objective:To study the effect of social support degree on stigma,self-esteem and hope level in patients who undergoing enterostomy.Methods:From October 2017 to January 2020,90 cases of patients who underwent enterostomy were enrolled,according to the degree of social support(SSRS scale),they were divided into A group(low support group),B group(general support group)and C group(high support group),with 30 cases in each group.The scores of stigma(SSMI-C scale),self-esteem(SES scale)and hope level(Herth scale)were compared.The relationship of the scores of SSMI-C scale,SES scale,Herth scale and social support degree were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:The scores of SSMI-C scale,SES scale and Herth scale in C group were significantly better than those of A group and B group,the scores of the above scales in B group were significantly better than those in A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed,the scores of SSMI-C scale of positive attitude,SES scale and Herth scale were positively correlated with social support degree,other dimensions of SSMI-C scale were negatively correlated with social support degree,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of social support has great effect on stigma,self-esteem and hope level in patients who undergoing enterostomy,therefore,the above aspects are closely related,so we should pay attention to the evaluation and intervention of the above aspects of patients with enterostomy surgery.
