摘 要:近年来,我国冶金工业厂房钢吊车梁的疲劳问题尤为突出,为此从国内外钢吊车梁疲劳设计、验算方法出发,对比分析了德国标准DIN 4132-1981、欧洲标准Eurocode 3、中国标准GB 50017—2017中的相关规定,指出了这些标准中钢吊车梁疲劳验算方法的异同;详细阐述了我国GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》中欠载效应的等效系数的推导过程,实测并统计分析了16个冶金工业厂房40根生产任务较为繁重的钢吊车梁疲劳荷载谱,验证了现行疲劳荷载取值方法的适用性;通过参数化分析,提出了梁长、起重机轮距、验算位置的修正方法。研究结果表明,我国现行钢吊车梁疲劳荷载取值方法合理,但针对冶金工业厂房的欠载效应的等效系数偏低,建议修正为1.2。In recent years,the fatigue problem of steel crane beams in metallurgical industrial plants in China is particularly prominent. Based on the fatigue design and checking method of steel crane beam at home and abroad,the relevant regulations of German standard DIN 4132-1981,European standard Eurocode 3 and Chinese standard GB50017—2017 were compared and analyzed in this paper. The similarities and differences between these crane beam fatigue calculation methods were pointed out. The derivation process of the underload effect equivalent coefficient method in GB 50017—2017 was elaborated. The fatigue load spectrum of 40 steel crane beams of 16 metallurgical industrial plants was obtained,and the applicability of the current fatigue load determination method was verified.Through parametric analysis,correction methods of beam length,crane wheel track and checking position were put forward. The results show that the current method of determining fatigue load of steel crane girder in China is reasonable,but the equivalent coefficient of underload effect of metallurgical industrial workshop is low,so it is suggested to revise it to 1. 2.
