党对收入分配问题总体认识的历史演进及其特点——基于党的十二大至十九大报告的分析

摘　　要：中国共产党高度重视收入分配问题,通过对收入分配问题的系统审视,形成了党对收入分配的总体认识。基于党的十二大至十九大的报告,对改革开放40多年来党对收入分配问题总体认识的演进过程进行梳理可以看出,党对收入分配问题总体认识的演进经历了"主体论""主体—补充论""主体—并存论""重点论""双同步论"等阶段。党对收入分配问题总体认识的演进过程呈现出一些共性特点,即对社会主义初级阶段社会生产力历史发展现实的关切、对以人为本与共同富裕价值取向的坚持、对社会主义初级阶段长期性的清醒认识。The CPC attaches great importance to the issue of income distribution. Through the systematic examination of income distribution, it has formed the Party’s overall understanding on income distribution. We can see that the evolution of the Party’s overall understanding on income distribution has gone through the stages of "subjectivity","subjectivity-complementarity","subjectivity-coexistence","focal-point theory"and"synchronization theory", through the analysis of the evolution process of the Party’s overall understanding on income distribution in the past 40 years of reform and opening up based on the report of the 12 th to 19 th National Congress of the CPC. There are some common characteristics on the evolution process of the Party’s overall understanding on income distribution, namely, the present concern on the historical development of social productive forces in the primary stage of socialism, the adherence to the value orientation of people-oriented and common prosperity, and a clear understanding of the long-term nature of the primary stage of socialism.
