摘　　要：为了研究家禽粪便环境对常用化学消毒剂杀灭H5N6亚型禽流感病毒的影响,依照《消毒技术规范》,评估5种消毒剂在粪便环境下对目前我国流行的H5N6亚型高致病性禽流感病毒的杀灭效果。结果:与无粪便环境组相比,家禽粪便对5种消毒剂的消毒效果均造成一定程度的影响,需要提高消毒剂工作浓度。其中:过硫酸氢钾复合物溶液、二氯异氰脲酸钠溶液、戊二醛苯扎溴铵溶液作用浓度需分别提高2.5倍、2倍和4倍(均在说明书最大推荐浓度范围内),方可完全灭活H5N6亚型禽流感病毒。尽管癸甲溴铵溶液与戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液作用浓度分别需提高8倍和4倍可完全杀灭病毒,但均超出了说明书最大推荐浓度,具有一定的使用风险。本研究对指导养禽场和活禽交易市场在粪便环境下科学合理地使用消毒剂杀灭禽流感病毒提供了参考。According to the Disinfection Technical Specification,the effect of poultry feces on the inactivation efficacy of five common disinfectants to the H5 N6 subtype high pathogenic avian influenza virus(HPAIV)was evaluated.The results were that,compared with the control group under the condition of no feces,the killing effect of the five disinfectants was affected by poultry feces,that the concentrations of potassium persulfate compound solution,sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution,and glutaraldehyde benzalkonium bromide solution should be increased by 2.5-,2-,and 4-fold,respectively(all were within the range of the maximal recommended concentrations)so as to completely inactivate the H5 N6 subtype HPAIVs.The concentrations of deciquam solution and glutaral plus deciquam solution could also be increased by 8-and 4-fold respectively for complete viral inactivation,but they all exceed the maximum commend concentration,which is probably a risky application.This study might provide reference for selection of disinfectants in inactivation of H5 N6 subtype HPAIVs in the feces environment.
