摘 要:现阶段大型燃气循环机组进气温度逐步提高,燃气轮机排烟热损失也不断升高,需充分利用燃气轮机的排气热量,实现能量逐级利用,提高电厂循环热效率,减少经济运行成本。本文针对当今高效率、大容量燃气轮机的联合循环,蒸汽循环采用常见的双压再热余热锅炉,建立双压再热余热锅炉系统模型,引进定量评价指标,通过MATLAB软件建模分析计算不同热力参数对双压再热循环系统的影响程度,以蒸汽循环热效率最佳为目标,进一步优化双压再热余热锅炉与汽轮机蒸汽参数匹配问题。同时,引入优化过程中的边界条件,计算不同参数对双压再热余热锅炉系统的相对平均变化率,设计优化循环流程,最终得到双压再热余热锅炉蒸汽参数优化数据。At present, the intake temperature of large-scale gas cycle units is gradually increasing, and the heat loss of exhaust gas of gas turbine is steadily rising, it is of great significance to making full use of the exhaust heat of gas turbine to realize the gradual utilization of energy, improve the thermal efficiency of power plant cycle and reduce the economic operation cost. In view of the high efficiency and large capacity of gas turbine combined cycle, of which the common double pressure reheat heat recovery steam generator(HRSG) is used in the steam cycle, this paper establishes a dual-pressure reheat HRSG system model, and introduces quantitative evaluation indicators, to analyze the influence of different thermal parameters on double-pressure reheat cycle system through MATLAB software modeling. By taking the optimum thermal efficiency of steam cycle as the target, it further optimizes the steam parameter matching problem between the dual pressure reheat waste heat boiler and the steam turbine. Secondly, this paper also introduces the boundary conditions in the optimization process to calculate the relative average change rate of different parameters to the double pressure reheat waste heat boiler system, and designs the optimization cycle process. Finally, it obtains the steam parameter optimization data of the double pressure reheat waste heat boiler.
