摘  要:700MW以上大容量斜立筋定子结构水轮发电机组稳定性问题是大容量斜立筋机组重点关注问题之一。根据《水轮发电机基本技术条件》(GB/T 7894—2009)国家标准第1号修改单中对定子机架和铁芯振动限值规定,国内在运行的700 MW以上斜立筋水轮发电机组均存在定子机架和铁芯振动偏大问题。本文以小湾水电站的机组为例,试验分析了700MW级水电机组定子系统的振动特征。利用弹性力学以及电磁力学建立了定子系统的数学模型,推导出定子系统在电磁不平衡力作用下的振动非线性方程组,通过对典型工况的求解,得到定子系统振动偏大的一个主要原因为低频振动。该结论对水电机组的运行、维护、技改和故障诊断具有实用和指导意义。The stability of hydro-generator with large capacity of 700 MW and above with inclined reinforcement stator is one of the key concerns of large capacity inclined reinforcement units. According to the national standard of GB/T 7894—2009 Fundamental Technical Specifications for Hydro Generators, the vibration amplitude of stator frame and core of domestic 700 MW hydro-generator is relatively large in operation. This paper takes the unit of Xiaowan hydropower plant as an example, testes and analyzes the vibration characteristics of the stator system of 700 MW hydropower unit. It uses elastic mechanics and electromagnetic mechanics to establish the mathematical model of stator system, and derives the nonlinear equations of vibration of stator system under electromagnetic unbalanced force. By solving the typical condition, it finds that the low frequency vibration is one of the main reasons for large vibration of the stator system. The conclusion has practical and guiding significance for the operation, maintenance, technical modification and fault diagnosis of hydropower units.
