摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为分析评价金砖五国创新能力提供参考。[方法/过程]从创新基础、创新投入、创新产出和创新设施与资源四个方面选取十五个指标,建立创新能力评价体系。运用Matlab软件计算出组合权重,构建物元可拓评价模型,经模糊神经网络检验后,得出金砖五国创新能力等级。[结果/结论]结合评价结果提出加大创新投入力度、鼓励创新基础设施建设、发挥市场经济的引领作用等建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for analysis and evaluation of BRICS's innovation ability.[Method/process]The paper selects 15 indicators from four aspects,namely,innovation foundation,innovation input,innovation output and innovation facilities and resources,and establishes an innovation capacity evaluation system.It uses Matlab to calculate the combination weight,builds the matter-element extension evaluation model,and obtains the level of innovation ability of BRICS countries after the fuzzy neural network test.[Result/conclusion]Based on the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward,such as increasing innovation input,encouraging innovation infrastructure construction,and playing the leading role of market economy.
