摘  要:目的测定复方扶芳藤合剂、复方扶芳藤胶囊生产后红参、人参和黄芪药渣中相应指标成分的质量分数。方法按《中国药典》采用HPLC法分别测定5批次红参药渣、5批次人参药渣中的人参皂苷(Re、Rg1和Rb1)质量分数,采用HPLC法与HPLC‐ELSD法分别测定10批次黄芪药渣中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷与黄芪甲苷的质量分数。结果红参药渣组的人参皂苷Rb1平均质量分数和人参皂苷Rg1+人参皂苷Re总量均显著高于人参药渣组(P<0.005)。复方扶芳藤合剂和复方扶芳藤胶囊生产后的两组黄芪药渣的黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷质量分数组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与《中国药典》规定的相应原药材含量限度相比,有4批次红参药渣高于《中国药典》规定的红参含量限度,人参药渣和黄芪药渣指标成分含量均低于《中国药典》规定的含量限度。结论复方扶芳藤合剂、复方扶芳藤胶囊生产后药渣中有效成分较高,具有进一步综合开发利用的价值;复方扶芳藤合剂、复方扶芳藤胶囊的提取工艺需进一步优化。Objective To determine active ingredient in Red ginseng,ginseng and Astragalus dregs residue from Fufang Fufangteng mixture and Fufang Fufangteng capsule.Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the contents of ginseng saponin(Re,Rg1 and Rb1)in 5 batches of red ginseng residue and 5 batches of ginseng residue were determined by HPLC,and the contents of calycosin glycoside and astragaloside in 10 batches of astragalus residue were determined by HPLC and HPLC‐ELSD respectively.Results The average content of ginsenoside Rb1 and the total amount of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re in red ginseng residue were significantly higher than that in ginseng residue(P<0.005).There were no significant difference in the content of astragaloside and calycosin glycoside(P>0.05)between the two groups after the production of Fufang Fufangteng mixture and Fufang Fufangteng capsule.Compared with the content limit of corresponding herbal embodied in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the content limit of 4 batches of red ginseng residues was even higher than that in red ginseng radix et rhizoma,and the content of ginseng residues and astragalus residues was lower than the content limit recorded in pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The effective components in residue from Fufang Fufangteng mixture and Fufang Fufangteng capsule are relatively high,which has the value of further comprehensive development and utilization.The extraction process of Fufang Fufangteng mixture and Fufang Fufangteng capsule should be further optimized.
