摘　　要：目的探讨MRI与CT在踝关节急性损伤中的临床诊断价值。方法选取2017年2月—2020年6月时间段收治的80例踝关节急性损伤患者为研究对象,分别对其采用MRI与CT诊断,对比不同诊断方式的疾病检出率、敏感性及特异性。结果经比较,MRI诊断韧带损伤程度的检出率为90.00%,显著高于CT诊断的77.50%(P<0.05);经比较,MRI诊断韧带损伤部位及跟腱损伤的检出率为96.25%,显著高于CT诊断的80.00%(P<0.05);经比较,MRI诊断骨及软骨损伤的检出率为96.25%,显著高于CT诊断的80.00%(P<0.05);MRI诊断的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测值及阳性预测值分别为81.25%、77.50%、90.00%及92.50%,显著高于CT诊断的60.00%、56.25%、75.00%及78.75%(P<0.05)。结论针对踝关节急性损伤患者,MRI诊断价值高,可提高疾病检出率,具有敏感性及特异性高的显著优势,临床使用价值高。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of MRI in acute ankle injury.Methods 80 cases of patients with acute ankle injury from February 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research object.MRI and CT were used to diagnose the disease,and the disease detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of different diagnosis methods were compared.Results The detection rate of MRI in the diagnosis of ligament injury was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of CT in 77.50%(P<0.05);By comparison,the detection rate of MRI in the diagnosis of ligament injury and Achilles tendon injury was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of CT diagnosis(P<0.05);by comparison,the detection rate of MRI in the diagnosis of bone and cartilage injury was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of CT diagnosis(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of MRI diagnosis were 81.25%,77.50%,90.00% and 92.50%,respectively,Significantly higher than CT diagnosis of 60.00%,56.25%,75.00% and 78.75%(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute ankle injury,MRI has high diagnostic value,can improve the disease detection rate,has the significant advantages of high sensitivity and specificity,and has high clinical value.
