摘  要:采用新型脉动内化成工艺,通过在化成期间控制铅电池表面温度来调节电池化成电流,充入化成所需的电量。实验结果表明,采用脉动内化成工艺使铅酸电池的容量、开路电压一致性均得到了提高,组内电池在循环中放电压差变化减小,电池循环寿命提高。A new pulsating container formation process is adopted to control the surface temperature of the lead battery during formation and adjust the formation current of the battery,and charge the required electric quantity into the formation.The experimental results show that the capacity and open-circuit voltage consistency of lead-acid battery are improved by the pulsating internalization process,the variation of discharge voltage difference in the group battery is reduced,and the cycle life of the battery is increased.
