摘　　要：近年国内外针对电化学镀铋及铋合金、化学镀铋及铋合金进行了大量研究。本文对各种镀铋及铋合金的工艺及其特点进行了归纳和总结,并展望了铋或铋合金镀层的发展前景及方向。In recent years,a lot of studies have been done on bismuth and bismuth alloy electroplating and bismuth and bismuth alloy electroless plating at home and abroad.The technology and characteristics of various kinds of bismuth and bismuth alloys are summarized in this paper.Besides,the development prospect and direction of bismuth or bismuth alloy coating are also prospected.
