自由贸易试验区设立对试点城市高端服务业集聚的影响

摘　　要：使用我国2009—2017年286个地级市数据和双重差分模型,将设立自由贸易试验区视作一项准自然实验,评估其对试点城市高端服务业集聚的政策影响。结果显示:(1)自由贸易试验区的设立对高端服务业专业化集聚存在显著的正向影响,但对多样化集聚的作用并不明显;(2)自由贸易试验区的设立对高端服务业专业化集聚的促进作用,在短期内随着时间推移有不断增强的趋势;(3)异质性分析发现,设立自由贸易试验区仅显著提高了东部试点城市和一类试点城市高端服务业专业化集聚,但对不同地区试点城市和不同等级试点城市高端服务业多样化集聚均未产生明显作用。Using 286 prefecture level cities data and the DID method from 2009 to 2017 in China,the establishment of the Free Trade Zone is regarded as a quasi natural experiment,and its policy impact on high-end service industry agglomeration in pilot cities is evaluated.The results show that:(1)the establishment of the Free Trade Zone has a significant positive impact on the high-end service industry specialization agglomeration,but it has no obvious effect on the diversification agglomeration;(2)the establishment of the Free Trade Zone promotes the high-end service industry specialization agglomeration,which has a trend of increasing over time in the short term;(3)the heterogeneity analysis shows that the establishment of the Free Trade Zone only significantly improves the concentration of high-end service industry specialization in eastern pilot cities and first-class pilot cities.The establishment of the Free Trade Zone has not a significant effect on the diversification of high-end service industries in pilot cities in different regions and pilot cities of different levels.
