摘　　要：目的探讨应用英国早期预警评分系统(national early warning score,NEWS)估测急诊抢救患者所需工时的临床效果。方法以该院2017年5月至2018年11月396例急诊抢患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,按照患者病情严重程度将其分为低危组、中危组、高危组、极高危组,采用NEWS评分系统对急诊抢救患者所需护理工时进行估测。结果NEWS评分系统估测急诊抢救患者所需护理工时与直接护理工时评分结果呈正相关(P<0.01);低危组、中危组、高危组、极高危组患者护理工时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NEWS评分系统估测结果每增加1分,患者临床所需总护理工时需要相应的增加大约7.5 min,急诊抢救患者所需护理工时=138.094+7.529×NEWS评分结果。结论NEWS评分系统用于估测急诊抢救患者所需护理工时真确度较高,易于操作,对于临床更好的分配急诊工作,提高急诊抢救患者护理质量临床价值显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using the UK National Early Warning Score(NEWS)system to estimate the hours required for rescue treatment of patients.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 396 emergency rescue patients in this hospital from May 2017 to November 2018.According to the severity of the disease,the patients were divided into the low-risk group,the medium-risk group,the high-risk group and the extremely high-risk group.The NEWS system was used to estimate the nursing hours required for emergency rescue patients.Results There was a positive correlation between the nursing hours needed by emergency rescue patients estimated by NEWS scoring system and the direct nursing hours scoring results(P<0.01).The difference in nursing hours of patients in low risk group,medium risk group,high-risk group and extremely high-risk group was statistically significant(P<0.05).For each additional point estimated by the NEWS scoring system,the total clinical nursing hours needed by patients should be increased by about 7.5 minutes,and the nursing hours needed by emergency rescue patients=138.094+7.529×NEWS scoring results.Conclusions News scoring system is used to estimate the nursing hours required for emergency rescue patients with high accuracy,easy to operate,for clinical better distribution of emergency work,improve the quality of emergency rescue patients.This approach has significant clinical value.
