预防性护理对手术室层流手术间感染率控制情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨预防性护理对手术室层流手术间感染率控制情况的影响。方法选取2018年1~12月该院手术室收治的手术患者88例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各44例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行手术室层流手术间控制性预防护理。比较两组手术室感染控制质量评分、手术室各项感染指标、院内感染发生率及出院时间。结果研究组感染控制知识、手术室环境安全、手卫生依从性、手术器械包装规范化、消毒隔离规范化5项评分及总体评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后手术室各项感染指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组感染发生率及出院时间均低(短)于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室行层流手术间控制性预防护理可有效控制院内感染发生,降低手术室感染指标,提升感染控制质量评分,为患者预后打下坚实基础。Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing on the infection rate control of laminar flow in the operating room.Methods A total of 88 surgical patients admitted to the operating room of this hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group with 44 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received control preventive nursing between operating room laminar flow.The quality score of infection control in the operating room,various indicators of infection in the operating room,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the time of discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The overall scores of infection control knowledge,operating room environment safety,hand hygiene compliance,standardized packaging of surgical instruments,and standardized disinfection and isolation in the study group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The infection indexes in the operating room of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate and discharge time of the study group were lower(shorter)than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Iaminar flow interoperative controlled preventive nursing can effectively control nosocomial infection in operating room,reduce the operating room infection index,improve the quality of infection control score,and lay a solid foundation for the prognosis of patients.
