医护团队急救模拟演练在心脏外科护士应急能力培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察心脏外科护士护理带教工作现状,给予医护团队急救模拟演练模式带教干预,探讨该带教模式在应急能力培训中的应用效果。方法使用数字表法将2017年6月至2019年6月期间在海军军医大学附属长征医院心脏外科工作的44名护士随机分为两组。对照组行常规护理带教,研究组行医护团队急救模拟演练带教。对比两组应急能力、护理工作水平及带教满意度。结果研究组应急能力总分、护理工作综合评分、带教满意度总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论心脏外科护士应急能力培训期间应用医护团队急救模拟演练带教模式,可有效提高其应急处理能力,增强护理工作综合水平,且带教满意度较理想。Objective To observe the current situation of nursing teaching for nurses in cardiac surgery,to give the first aid simulation exercise model to the medical team,and to explore the application of the model in emergency ability training.Methods Forty-four nurses who worked in cardiac surgery between June 2017 and June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups using a numerical table method.The control group was taught by routine nursing,and the study group was taught by simulated first aid drill by medical team.The emergency response ability,nursing work level and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of emergency response ability,comprehensive score of nursing work and total score of teaching satisfaction in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions During the emergency training of cardiac surgery nurses,the application of the teaching mode of medical team's first aid simulation exercise can effectively improve their emergency handling ability,enhance the comprehensive level of nursing work,and the teaching satisfaction is ideal.
