摘 要:异步联网方式下的中国西南电网通过多条高压直流线路将大功率能源送出至经济发达的负荷中心,其大规模功率送出和负荷较小的特性使得西南电网的频率稳定问题较为显著。结合中国西南电网的实际异步运行试验,分析了自动发电控制(AGC)策略和模式在频率调节过程中的问题。然后,提出在西南区域多调度管理机制下的AGC策略和模式改进方法,以解决日常负荷波动下频率超调问题和在大功率损失下非故障的省级电网反向调节问题。最后,基于电力系统全过程动态仿真程序(PSD-FDS)仿真和实际电网运行效果验证了改进策略和模式的有效性。The Southwest Power Grid of China in the asynchronous interconnection mode transmits high-power energy to the economically developed load centers through multiple high-voltage direct current lines.Its characteristics of large-scale power transmission and small load make the frequency stability problem of the Southwest Power Grid of China relatively obvious.Combined with the actual asynchronous operation test of the Southwest Power Grid of China,the problems of automatic generation control(AGC)strategies and modes in the frequency regulation process are analyzed.Then,the improvement method of AGC strategy and mode with the multi-dispatch management mechanism in the southwest region is proposed to solve the problem of frequency overshoot under daily load fluctuations and the problem of reverse regulation of non-faulty provincial power grid with large power loss.Finally,based on the simulation through power system full-dynamic simulation program in power system department software package(PSD-FDS)and the actual power grid operation,the effectiveness of the improved strategy and mode is verified.
