摘  要:目的介绍利用SAS软件中的PROC MCMC过程步实现二分类数据的贝叶斯Meta分析。方法以已发表系统评价数据作为实例,利用SAS软件中的PROC MCMC实现二分类数据的贝叶斯Meta分析,并提供编程代码。结果以比值比(odds ratio,OR)的对数转换值作为效应值,基于正态分布构建的贝叶斯Meta分析结果与频率学方法给出的结果极为相似。结论基于SAS强大的编程能力,PROC MCMC可非常方便地实现二分类数据的贝叶斯Meta分析。随着贝叶斯统计理论的快速发展,贝叶斯Meta分析在Meta分析领域将发挥越来越重要的作用。Objective To introduce Bayesian meta-analysis of dichotomous data using PROC MCMC in SAS software.Methods A previous published systematic review was used as an example,Bayesian meta-analysis of dichotomous data was implemented by PROC MCMC in SAS software,and programming code was provided.Results The log-transformed value of odds ratio(OR)was used as the efficacy.The results of the Bayesian meta-analysis were very similar to those obtained by the frequency method.Conclusions Based on the powerful programming capabilities of SAS,PROC MCMC can easily implement Bayesian meta-analysis of dichotomous data.With the rapid development of Bayesian statistical theory,Bayesian meta-analysis will play an important role in the field of meta-analysis.
