摘 要:电动调节阀和空气换热器的流量特性,以及两者之间的耦合关系直接影响水系统的调节质量和稳定性、设备的利用率和经济性。实验结果表明:加热器和表冷器的流量特性曲线不同;联立求解传热学公式无法得到现行的换热器流量特性计算式;换热器流量特性计算参数不是常数;不同工况下的表冷器流量特性曲线与传统观点给出的曲线形状不同,加热器的流量特性曲线在各种热水温差下相同;不同的换热器流量特性和调节阀流量特性无法实现"用一个反向非线性特性的控制阀补偿末端设备的非线性特性"。The flow characteristics of electric control valve and air heat exchanger, as well as their coupling relationship, directly affect the regulating quality and stability of water system, equipment utilization and economy. The experimental results show that the flow characteristic curves of the heater and the surface cooler are different. The current calculation formula of the flow characteristics of the heat exchanger can not be obtained by solving the heat transfer formula simultaneously. The flow characteristic calculation parameters of the heat exchanger are not constant. The flow characteristic curve of the surface cooler under different working conditions is different from that given by the traditional viewpoint, and the flow characteristic curve of the heater is the same at various hot water temperature differences. Different heat exchanger flow characteristics and control valve flow characteristics can not achieve "using a control valve with reverse nonlinear characteristics to compensate the nonlinear characteristics of terminal equipment".
