露蕊乌头化学成分和药理活性的研究进展

摘　　要：露蕊乌头是毛茛科乌头属植物露蕊乌头亚属的唯一种,与川乌、草乌的亲缘关系接近,根、花、叶、种子及全草均可入药,广泛分布于是西藏、青海、甘肃及四川等省区的高海拔地区。露蕊乌头中含有以乌头碱为代表二萜生物碱、黄酮、β-谷甾醇、甘露醇等多种化学成分,具有镇痛、抗炎及强心作用,同时还具有抗肿瘤、抗癌活性。文中综述了露蕊乌头化学成分及药理活性的研究进展,并以此为基础预测分析了露蕊乌头的质量标志物,为露蕊乌头品质评价和质量控制方法的建立提供参考。Aconitum gymnandodrum Maxim is the only species of the subgenus Gymnaconitum of the Aconitum in the Ranunculaceae family.It is closely related to Chinese medicinal materials such as Aconite Radix and Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix.Roots,flowers,leaves,seeds,and whole grass of A.gymnandodrum can be used as medicine,and widely distributed in Tibet,Qinghai,Gansu,and Sichuan provinces where with high altitudes.Modern studies have shown that there are many kinds of chemical components in A.gymnandodrum,such as alkaloids,flavonoids,beta-sitosterol and mannitol,and there also have analgesic,anti-inflammatory and cardiac effects and anti-tumor and anti-cancer activity.In this paper,the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of A.gymnandodrum was reviewed,and the Q-marker was predicted and analyzed on the basis of it,which provided reference for quality evaluation and quality control,and provided basis for further research,development and utilization of A.gymnandodrum.
