连花清瘟结合西医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的文献分析

摘　　要：目的:对连花清瘟结合西医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的现有证据进行文献检索和分析,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普数据库和万方数据库,收集连花清瘟结合西医常规治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床研究。筛选文献并按照相关的结局指标进行分类总结和分析。结果:共检索到有效文献6篇,其中4项研究为双臂研究,2项研究为单臂研究。3项研究报道了总有效率,试验组(或治疗后)总有效率均高于对照组(或治疗前);2项研究报道了转重症率,试验组转重症率均低于对照组;1项研究报道了中医证候积分,其试验组明显低于对照组;1项研究报道了外周血检测指标,其试验组较对照组改善明显;2项研究报道了CT检查,其组间比较无统计学意义;5项研究报道了主要症状(发热、咳嗽、乏力)消失率,其试验组(或治疗后)消失率均高于对照组(或治疗前);2项研究报道了发热持续时间,其组间比较无统计学意义;4项研究报道了其他症状和体征消失率,其试验组(或治疗后)消失率均高于对照组(或治疗前);6项研究均未报道药物相关的不良反应。结论:连花清瘟结合西医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎可提高疗效,降低转重率,调节相关炎症因子,改善患者发烧、咳嗽、乏力等症状,疗效好,安全性高。OBJECTIVE To perform literature search and analysis of the existing evidence of Lianhua Qingwen plus Western medicine in the treatment of novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)to provide references for rational clinical medication.METHODS The databases of PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched for clinical trials of treating COVID-19 with Lianhua Qingwen plus Western medicine.Screening,classifying and analyzing the literature were performed according to the relevant outcome indicators.RESULTS Among a total of 6 literature retrievals,4 studies were of dual-arm while another 2 single-arm.Three studies reported the total effective rate and the total effective rate of experimental group(or post-treatment)was higher than that of control group(or pre-treatment);two studies examined the rate of conversion to severe disease and the rate of conversion to severe disease in experimental group was lower than that of control group;1 study mentioned TCM syndrome scores and test group was significantly lower than control group;1 study focused upon blood test indicators and test group improved significantly as compared to control group;2 studies employed computed tomography(CT)examination and its comparison revealed no statistical significance;5 studies discussed the disappearance rate of major symptoms(fever,cough&fatigue)and the disappearance rate of experimental group(or post-treatment)was higher than control group(or pre-treatment);2 studies used persistent fever to reveal no statistically significant difference among the groups;4 studies reported the disappearance rate of other symptoms and signs and the disappearance rate of experimental group(or post-treatment)was higher than control group(or pre-treatment);none of 6 studies reported drug-related adverse reactions.CONCLUSION For COVID-19 patients,Lianhua Qingwen plus Western medicine may improve the curative efficacy,reduce the rate of turning weight,modulate inflammatory factors and improve the symptoms of fever,cough and fatigue.
