过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿围治疗期免疫球蛋白、免疫细胞、IL-6及sICAM-1水平变化分析

摘　　要：探究分析过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿围治疗期免疫球蛋白、免疫细胞、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1(sICAM-1)水平变化情况。收集2015年12月至2017年8月,该院收治的82例过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿作为研究组,患者均于我院接受治疗,同期收集于该院进行体检的健康儿童45例作为对照组,比较研究组患儿围治疗期及两组儿童的免疫球蛋白、免疫细胞、IL-6及sICAM-1水平变化情况。与对照组相比,治疗前研究组的CD3^(+)细胞数、CD4^(+)细胞数和CD4^(+)/CD8+明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的CD3^(+)细胞数、CD4^(+)细胞数和CD4(+)/CD8(+)较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗前研究组的Ig A、Ig A1水平明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的Ig A、Ig A1水平较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗前研究组的IL-6及s ICAM-1水平明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的IL-6及s ICAM-1水平较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05)。T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、IL-6及s ICAM-1均参与了儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎的发生发展过程。To investigate the changes of immunoglobulin,immune cells,interleukin-6(IL-6) and soluble intercellular adhesion factor-1(s ICAM-1) levels in children with allergic purpura nephritis,a total of 82 children with allergic purpura nephritis admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled in the hospital.All the patients were treated in our hospital.45 healthy children who were collected in our hospital for the same period were used as the control group.The changes of immunoglobulin,immune cells,IL-6 and s ICAM-1 levels in the children in the research group and in the control groups were compared.Compared with the control group,the number of CD3^(+)cells,CD4^(+)cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly lower in the pre-treatment research group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of CD3(+)cells,CD4(+)cells and CD4(+)/CD8(+)in the research group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Ig A and Ig A1 levels in the research group were significantly higher(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of Ig A and Ig A1 in the research group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of IL-6 and s ICAM-1 in the research group were significantly higher(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and s ICAM-1 in the research group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).T cell subsets,immunoglobulin,IL-6 and s ICAM-1 are involved in the development of allergic purpura nephritis in children.
