尺骨鹰嘴解剖板及克氏针张力带在尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗中的优劣分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨利用尺骨鹰嘴解剖板及克氏针张力带在治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折时的治疗效果优劣。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月我院骨科50例上尺骨鹰嘴骨折的患者,采用随机分配方法将其分配为对照组和观察组各25例,前者给予克氏针张力带钢丝内固术治疗,后者给予尺骨鹰嘴解剖板内固定术治疗,之后对两者的临床差异和6个月内两者的功能恢复情况进行观测了解。结果:观察组平均所需手术时间为(80.5±5.6)分钟,高于对照组平均所需手术时间(65.6±4.6)分钟,2组之间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而观察组术后平均愈合时间为(3.5±0.3)个月,对照组术后平均愈合时间为(3.4±0.3)个月,2组之间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。而此外观察组肘关节优良率为96.7%,明显高于对照组75.3%,2组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗齿骨鹰嘴骨折时,采用克氏针张力带钢丝内固术显得较为简单而快速,而采用尺骨鹰嘴解剖板内固定术治疗可以显著提高治疗效果,有利于骨折恢复,因此在手术时间充足的情况下后者更值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efct of using ulnar eagle mouth anatomical plate and Kirschner needle tension belt in the treatment of ulnar eagle mouth fracture.Method:From March 2017 to March 2018,we selected 50 cases of fracture of the up-per ulnar eagles mouth in our hospital orthopaedics,and assigned them to 25 cases in the control group and observation group.The former gave Kristins needle tension band steel wire fixation.Treatment,The latter was treated with internal fixation of the ulnar eagles mouth an-atomical plate,and the clinical differences between the two and the functional recovery of the two within 6 months were observed.Re-sults:The average operating time of the observation group was(80.5±5.6)min higher than the average operating time of the control group(65.6±4.6)min,and the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P&lt;0.05),and the average post-operative healing time in the observation group was(3.5±0.3)months,and the average post-operative healing time in the control group was(3.4±0.3)months.The diference between the two groups was not stistically significant(P&GT;0.05).In addition,the superior ratio of elbow joint in the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 75.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of the fracture of the tooth bone eagle mouth,the use of the Kirschners needle tension band steel wire fixation is relatively simple and rapid,and the use of the ulna eagle mouth anatomical plate intermnal fixation can significantly improve the treatment effect,which is conducive to fracture re-covery.Therefore,in the case of sufficient surgical time,the latter is more worthy of clinical application.
