东亚产业链重构与中国制造业技术的提升--以美国贸易投资战略调整为背景

摘　　要：以美国贸易投资战略调整为背景,选取2010-2017年数据,研究了中国能否通过参与东亚产业链重构提升制造业技术的复杂度,从而应对美国的相关调整措施。结果表明,在产业层面下,中国可通过在静态情况下提升对东亚产业链分工的依存度以及在动态情况下扩大分工规模来提升中国制造业技术的复杂度;对美国贸易投资战略调整的应对效果主要体现在静态情况下;无论在静态还是动态情况下,影响主要集中于中国与东亚地区其他发展中国家间的分工合作中。在行业层面下,其他非金属矿石、基本金属与加工金属等是受影响较大的行业,且可通过不同策略参与东亚产业链重构以提升自身技术的复杂度,其他行业受到的影响均较小。最后结合以上的研究结果提出相应的对策建议。Based on the background of U.S.investment and trade strategy adjustment,this paper selects the data from 2010 to 2017 to study whether the technological complexity of China's manufacturing industry can be improved by participating in the reconstruction of industrial chains in East Asia,so as to cope with the relevant measures of the United States.The results show that:At the industrial level,increasing the dependence on the division in the East Asian industrial chains in the static situation and expanding the scale of participation in the dynamic situation can effectively promote the technological complexity of China's manufacturing industry.The response effect to U.S.investment and trade strategy adjustment is mainly reflected in the static situation.Whether static or dynamic,the impact is mainly concentrated in the division between China and other developing countries in the East Asian industrial chains.At the sub-industrial level,other non-metallic ore,basic metals and processing metals,etc.are the most affected sub-industries,and their own technical complexity can be improved by participating the reconstruction of East Asian industrial chains through different strategies.Other sub-industries are less affected.Finally,combined with the above research results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
