模块化串联多断口真空断路器有限异步开断策略研究

摘　　要：多断口真空断路器的各个串联断口存在非同期现象,为此需要探明非同期的影响,进而得到在不降低其开断能力的情况下的有限异步分断方法。文中以永磁操动的模块化真空断路器为研究对象,分析了影响永磁操动精度的因素,理论分析了非同期对多断口真空断路器开断能力的影响,综合杂散电容和弧后不平衡电荷的影响,提出了三断口真空断路器的有限异步开断方法。搭建了模块化串联多断口真空断路器试验平台,试验研究了有限异步开断方法对开断成功率的影响。试验结果表明:高压侧提前动作1.7 ms,可将开断成功率提高16%,初步验证了有限异步开断的有效性,为其工程应用奠定了基础。There is asynchronous phenomenon in multi-break vacuum circuit breakers(VCBs).We need to ascertainthe influence of the asynchronous operation and then gain the asynchronous breaking strategy of the multiple breakswithout decreasing the breaking capacity.In the paper,the influence factors of the control accuracy of the permanentmagnetic actuator(PMA)are analyzed according the fiber controlled vacuum interrupter module.The influence of theasynchronous operation on the breaking capacity is analyzed theoretically.An asynchronous breaking strategy of themulti-break is proposed with considering the influences of the stray capacitance and the unbalanced post arc charge.The test platform of the multi-break VCB is set up,and the influence of the asynchronous operation on the successfulbreaking ratio is investigated.The test results indicate that the successful breaking ratio can be increased by 16%ifthe opening starts in advance by about 1.7 ms,which verifies the effectiveness of the asynchronous breaking strategy.
