摘  要:针对一二次融合配电开关设备运行过程中实时数据标准化度、采集准确度和处理效率低,导致决策水平融合性差以及故障诊断误差大突出等问题,文中提出了基于不同信息类型的分类、识别与融合决策方法,形成了标准化的数据源。在此基础上开发了基于决策层的融合算法、一二次融合开关设备实时运行数据准确采集与高效处理技术和BP神经网络故障模型的故障快速诊断系统,通过大幅提高实时运行数据采集精度和处理速度,为用户赢得提前处置故障信息的宝贵时间,当运行中的一二次融合配电开关设备发生故障时能够及时向用户发出预警及对故障隔离。经试验验证,该系统具有采样准确率和处理效率高的特点,为一二次融合配电开关设备在电力系统中全面应用提供了技术支持。Aiming at the problems of low real-time data standardization,acquisition accuracy and processing efficiency during the operation of primary and secondary fusion power distribution switch,resulting in weak decisionmaking integration and prominent fault diagnosis errors,in this paper,a classification,identification and fusion decision method based on different types of information is developed and a standardized data source is formed.On this basis,a fusion algorithm based on the decision-making layer,the accurate acquisition and efficient processing technology of real-time operation data of primary and secondary fusion switch equipment and a fault fast diagnosis system of BP neural network fault model are developed,which improve greatly the accuracy of real-time operation data collection and processing speed and gain precious time for the users to deal with fault information in advance.The primary and secondary fusion distribution switch,in case of fault in operation,can promptly warn users and isolate the fault.It is verified by the test that the system has such characteristics as high sampling accuracy and high processing efficiency,which provides technical support for the full application of primary and secondary fusion distribution switch in power system.
