关于断路器失步关合和开断试验中试验方式OP1免试条件的分析

摘　　要：断路器作为电力系统中的重要元件,有着完整的型式试验要求,其中有一项为失步关合和开断试验。GB/T 1984—2014与DL/T 402—2016中对于断路器的失步关合和开断试验有着详细的描述[1-4],这两个标准中都有对试验方式OP1免试条件的叙述,其意思均为"若进行了5%Isc临界电流试验,则OP1可以免去。"这个判据在行业中已使用了20年,随着断路器开断原理、灭弧方式以及制造工艺的进步,这一判据在实际使用中已有所不适。文中对系统工况、失步关合和开断试验及相关型式试验的试验原理、现行国内标准进行分析,找出现行免试条件的不完善原因并提出关于试验方式OP1的另一种免试条件。As an important component in the power system,circuit breakers have complete type test requirements,one of which is out-of-phase making and breaking tests.GB/T 1984—2014 and DL/T 402—2016 have detailed de-scriptions of the out-of-phase making and breaking tests of circuit breakers,and both describe the exemption condi-tions for OP1,which means"If the 5%Isccritical current test is not required,OP1 can be omitted."This criteria hasbeen used for 20 years,with the progress of circuit breakers breaking principle,arc extinguishing method and manu-facturing technology,this criteria has been unsuitable in actual use.This article analyzes the system operating condi-tions,out-of-phase making and breaking tests and related tests principles,current domestic standards,find out thereasons for the defects in the current exemption conditions and proposes another exemption condition for OP1.
