摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对职业性噪声聋(ONID)患者生活质量及心理健康状态的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的140例ONID患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各70例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施聚焦解决模式护理。在干预前后,分别评价两组患者的疾病相关知识评分、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、简明生活质量量表(SF-36)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果干预后,疾病知识评分和GSES评分,观察组高于对照组[(82.36±6.74)vs(75.69±6.43)和(15.96±3.94)vs(13.26±3.85)](P<0.05);两组患者SF-36评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);SAS评分和SDS评分,观察组低于对照组[(31.29±3.15)vs(35.95±4.91)和(30.42±3.02)vs(35.21±5.19)](P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式,有利于提高ONID患者对疾病的认知与自我管理能力,从而促进病情康复,改善生活质量与心理健康状态。Objective To investigate the effect of focused resolution mode on quality of life and mental health status of occupational noise deafness(ONID)patients.Methods 140ONID patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group implemented focused solution mode nursing on this basis.Before and after the intervention,scores of disease-related knowledge,General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES),Brief Quality of Life Scale(SF-36),Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)were evaluated respectively.Results After intervention,disease knowledge score and GSES score were higher in the observation group than that in the control group[(82.36±6.74)vs(75.69±6.43)and(15.96±3.94)vs(13.26±3.85)](P<0.05).SF-36 score of the patients in both groups was significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).SAS scores and SDS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group[(31.29±3.15)vs(35.95±4.91)and(30.42±3.02)vs(35.21±5.19)](P<0.05).Conclusions Focused solution mode is conducive to improving ONID patients'ability of cognition and self-management of the disease,so as to promote the rehabilitation of the disease,improve the quality of life and mental health.
