摘　　要：课程是专业建设与人才培养的核心要素,一流课程既是建设一流学科与一流专业的重要抓手,也是培养卓越拔尖人才的重要支撑。"双万计划"提出建设国家级与省级一流本科专业及一流课程,对于地方高校既是机遇也是挑战。以皖南医学院生物技术制药课程为例,探索地方高校在"双万计划"背景下如何加强一流课程建设。Curriculum is the core element of professional construction and talent training.First-class courses are not only an important starting point for building first-class disciplines and majors,but also an important support for cultivating outstanding talents.The“Double Ten Thousand Plan”proposes to build national and provincial first-class undergraduate majors and first-class courses,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for local universities.This article takes the Biotechnology Pharmaceutical Course of Wannan Medical College as an example to explore how local universities can strengthen the construction of first-class courses in the context of the“Double Ten Thousand Plan”.
