居家线上学习期间护理高职生自主学习能力及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解“停课不停教、停课不停学”背景下,护理高职生居家进行线上学习期间的自主学习能力现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、自主学习能力量表、个体和环境因素调查问卷,对福建省某高职院校护理系1943名居家进行线上学习的学生进行调查。结果护理高职生的自主学习能力得分为(68.87±9.75)分;个体因素、是否喜欢本专业、环境因素、是否有学生干部经历、专业、年级6个变量进入回归方程,可以解释总变异的59.3%。结论居家进行线上远程学习的护理高职生的自主学习能力处于中等水平,其影响因素是多方面的,以个体因素为主。Objective To investigate the status and its associated factors of self-directed learning ability of nursing students in a higher vocational college during online learning at home under the background of“class suspended with ongoing teaching and learning”.Methods A total of 1943 nursing students were investigated by the general questionnaire,self-directed learning instrument,individual and environmental factors questionnaire in a higher vocational college.Results The score of self-directed learning ability of the nursing students was 68.87±9.75.Individual factors,attitude towards nursing,environmental factors,student leader or not,specialty,and grade all entered into the regression model,which could account for 59.3%of total variance.Conclusion The self-directed learning ability of nursing students in a higher vocational college confined at home was on the medium level.Their self-directed learning ability was influenced by many factors among which the individual factors were the most main factor.
