摘　　要：本文介绍了焊接件轧辊改为球墨铸铁件轧辊的试制工艺实践,轧辊单重约19 t,最大壁厚达320 mm,最小壁厚55 mm,壁厚要求均匀,材质牌号EN-GJS-400-18U-RT.利用计算机软件进行模拟,通过合理采用冒口、冷铁,选择合适的化学成分,经过多次孕育,获得了合格的铸件,铸件质量符合相关要求,为以后批量生产类似的产品积累了生产经验。This paper introduces the trial-manufacturing process of replacing the welding roller with the ductile cast iron roller.The casting process was simulated by using computer software.Qualified castings were obtained by selecting proper chemical composition,adopting riser and chiller after many times of inoculation.Casting quality meets relevant requirements.
