从淮河文化视角谈皖北振兴

摘　　要：淮河文化历史厚重,但软实力却缺乏,根本原因是经济“硬实力”支撑不足。要抓住“水文化”特质培育淮河文化的软实力,发挥“水文化”的功能,增加经济社会发展的文化含量,加快皖北振兴。Huaihe River culture has a rich history,but lacks soft power.The fundamental reason is that the support of economic“hard power”is insufficient.It is necessary to cultivate the soft power of Huaihe River culture,give full play to the function of“water culture”,increase the cultural content of economic and social development,and accelerate the revitalization of northern Anhui.
